Just wrapped up a thorough bike fit with Al, and noticed immediate improvement in both my comfort on my road bike but also the power and speed I have due to the fit. After multiple cross-country moves, my beloved bike wasn't adjusted properly and made long riders uncomfortable and slow. Al did a fantastic job figuring out a few changes to the bike and made some suggestions for my riding that will continue to help! Highly recommend for rec riders looking to get more comfortable and get more out of their rides.
